Hello to our dear JYSK colleagues,
On behalf of the JYSK Canada Facilities Help Centre, we would like to thank you for your on-going support as we transition over to the new ticketing platform.
We have been diligently working to sign-on dedicated vendors for each store to provide everyone with more efficient service while being cost-conscious in our quoting process as we slowly filter out third-party vendors. In addition, we will continue to add new vendors to our roster where one isn’t currently available.
With that said, we are happy to announce that our new ticketing platform is now open! As of Monday, April 4, 2022, you will be able to enter your repair and maintenance requests into this new system by going through this link (JYSK Canada Facilities Help Centre (zendesk.com)) and following the instructions in the attached Standard Operating Procedure, which can be found in the “Announcements” section of the Help Centre. Starting on April 6, 2022, 4 pm PST, facilities@jysk.ca will no longer be active, and all repair and maintenance request must be submitted through the new system.
Furthermore, to provide additional support to everyone during this transitional period, anyone curious with the new system will be free to submit any number of test tickets before Wednesday, April 6, 2022, 4 pm PST. Be sure to enter “Test” in the “Subject” line of the ticket to indicate that your request is a test ticket.
In addition to this, you can book a meeting with Facilities Support at vincent.chan@jysk.ca at any time between April 4th to April 19th, where we will walk you through the ticket submission process.
