Any emergency calls between 4 pm - 8:30 am PST on weekdays, and all day on weekends and holidays, can be placed with Freshco (rfs@freshco.ca) through email. You must CC the Facilities Department (support@jysk-facilities.zendesk.com) and your District Manager in your emergency email request. Please make sure that you include the term "EMERGENCY" in the Subject line of the email. Without the term "EMERGENCY" in the Subject line of your request, your ticket will not be addressed until the next business day.
