You can make changes to the scope of the repair and maintenance request, or add additional work to a submitted request, if the work has not been quoted by a vendor/contractor yet. Once a vendor/contractor's quote has been approved by the Facilities Department, no changes can be made to an existing ticket or work order. If there are any additional work that you wish to be done after a quote has been approved, please contact the Facilities Department directly.
